4. Quotations and Pricing
4.1 Quote Validity
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Quotes are subject to a site survey and may be adjusted based on findings
- Prices include VAT where applicable (0% VAT for residential solar PV)
4.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:
- The survey reveals additional work required (e.g., roof repairs, electrical upgrades)

- Government incentives or VAT rates change
Any price changes will be communicated and require your approval before work proceeds.
5. Survey and Assessment
5.1 Free Survey

- Surveys are conducted by qualified engineers
- You must provide safe access to the roof and electrical systems
5.2 Survey Findings
If the survey reveals that your property is unsuitable for solar (e.g., structural issues, excessive shading, electrical limitations), we will inform you and provide recommendations. No charges apply for the survey.
6. Installation Process
6.1 Timeline
- Typical installation timelines: 4-8 weeks from order confirmation to completion
- We will provide a provisional installation date subject to weather, material availability, and DNO approval

You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property, roof, and electrical consumer unit
- Ensure pets are secured during installation
- Be present or provide a representative during installation
- Inform us of any hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos) prior to installation
6.3 Permissions

- We handle DNO (Distribution Network Operator) G99 applications on your behalf
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Deposit
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure materials
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered (see Cancellation Rights below)

9. Performance Estimates
9.1 Generation Estimates
- Energy generation estimates are based on industry-standard tools (PVGis, SAP) using local irradiance data
- Actual performance may vary due to weather, shading, panel degradation, and system losses
- We provide realistic, conservative estimates—not best-case scenarios
9.2 Savings Estimates
- Savings depend on your energy consumption patterns, electricity rates, and export tariffs
